rain falling over the pacifica into burlingame. inside the bay, oakland, hayward, where that rain line sits for right now. it's going to continue to shift to the east. this is sort of a parallel line, pinole, vallejo, richmond, oakland, it's on the way. if it's not already falling outside your door it will eventually. the storm will sit off the coast and continue to bring us the rain today and the showers tomorrow. there it s the center of the system. and so it's easy to see why the rain is sort of parallel to the coastline. it's going to creep and by tonight and tomorrow it will be over tahoe. so winter weather advisory for tomorrow for the west slopes of the sierra. today just a slight chance for maybe a few scattered showers. the winds are gusting in some cases. napa reporting 25 miles per hour. concord reporting 20. oakland hills reporting 20 miles per hour. so not too bad but a bit gusty out there. 17 miles per hour reported in fairfield. and 12 in mountain view. temperatures this morning, ranging low 40s to low 50s. santa ros
