so academy road or bustleton avenue would be your two best bets.now septa detouring bus routes on number one and 14. a lot have school buses, also, used this stretch of the roosevelt boulevard. this is like equivalent to i-95. actually they have more lanes on the boulevard then we have on i-95 in this stretch up in northeast philadelphia the water is still bubbling up from underground here with the boulevard closed in both directions. this will impact traffic coming off of woodhaven road, also for folks heading northbound trying to get up toward the pennsylvania turnpike. the philadelphia bensalem interchange is a half mile away. is there the water crew hopefully using that wrench there to shut the val off to stop what ther from coming up but once they shut water off i think all of the mud, dirt and debris that will be in the inner drives will prevent traffic from moving quickly here or getting it back opened. plus we are dealing with 29 degrees. we will have to get salt trucks out there to prevent an icing situation before we allow traffic moving
