another live look at 295, the bw parkway at maryland 32 southbound with mild congestion on 295 from 198 to powder mill road. and mta, marc trains 872 and 890 with a 10-minute delay. >>> animal control officers in harford county seized a dog and 15 cats from a home in street. >> in a case of animal hoarding. abc2 news' sherrie johnson has more on what officers found when they entered the home. >> reporter: inside the home on lochary road officers found two dead animals, plenty of feces and stench but no food or water for the dogs and cats that survived. officers took a beagle which is now in the care of the humane society of harford county along with 15 cats. the animals will stay there until the investigation is completed. we were told that the owner, 55-year-old theresa lambert runs a beagle rescue. she had animals taken away last year but were returned to her with the understanding she would find most of them new homes. the officers may take several of the animals outside of the home in pens. >> people want to save everything they can save and it gets to a point where mentally they do
