the truck over there but cal tran is not too concerned about it. sal, i have been hearing the traffic reports this morning. it does not sound like friday light. >> no, it doesn't. there is the crash that you are standing near. and also there is a crash at the bay bridge that was cleared about 20 minutes ago. westbound. it was on the incline section. i want to show you what we have here when it comes to back up at the mccarthur maze. there is a huge backup because of the crash that has been cleared. and that is because the lanes were taken up for quite awhile. we have a long way to go before you get into san francisco. it will be a big back up. the only bright spot is if it is lighter than usual volume, this will clear up quicker than it would on a monday and fall. but it's still very, very slow. we are thinking about it. we are talking about 30 minute plus delays at the bay bridge toll plaza because of the accident. bay bridge toll plaza itself is okay. this is a look at the san mateo bridge if you are driving out to the high-rise. did i say bay br

they will happen with cal trans, and tita on this contract. we're ready to execute the agreements and construction services contract. i'll get into the details now. lit's talk about the tie agreements first. back in 2008 and 2007 we went ahead and ex/kaoutded agreements with tita in terms of managing this project and to manage the process through the /ka* trans, approval process /abdz in working in partnership with all the main entities on the project. we're at a point where we're ready to finalize all the engineering documentation, but also for a future projoke, which is the yebi west side bridges so we're requesting an increase to the tita local match and we have worked out all the details with ti /t*rbga city controllers office and the city family and we need to execute moa's for the right away and construction phases. one final note is that tita will reimburse the authority for all costst not covered by federal funds. >> anyone here from tita? >> yes. >> i'll save my questions for you. go ahead and continue. >> sure, i wanna move on to the

this is a study that's been funded by multiple sources, including prop k as well as grant from the cal-trans with also contributions from our partners, some of them in san mateo county which is the congestion management agency for san mateo. cal train is also contributed some funds to the study. the scope is in your packet. the selection panel for the procurement including zach from the transportation authority as well as the sfmta and from cal transand ccag. the panel selected three of the teams for interviewing. after the interviews the panel selected the [inaudible] team as the top ranked proposer. based on that teams very strong urban design and complete streets expertise and services. it was the only team that dedicate edd urban designer. the team also demonstrated some strong out reach capabilities and /aeu poach. we think that's important for parts of the community who have not heard of bus rapid transit before and will come in handy as we go through that outreach. all four of the teams that submitted met or exceeded the dbe requirement of 9 percent. the selected team has a par test /
