we are hearing that a caltrans sweeper is now on scene performing some of that clean- up.pefully they will be able to re-open those lanes a little earlier than anticipated but for right now chp still saying it will be at least 6:30 this morning until they get more of those lanes open for you. continue to use your alternates. westbound 80 alternates include. heading over to the nimitz southbound 880 you will see more folks making the southbound 880 commute. so far because it's friday generally fridays are lighter commute days. we are looking at pretty decent traffic for all your alternate routes including 880 in that southbound direction heading over to the san mateo bridge. westbound traffic at the san mateo bridge has been very light. that's a good alternate as with the bart system. bart is still on time. i'll have another look at "kcbs traffic" including that huge mess at the bay bridge coming up. >> yikes. all right, liza. we have our own drama in the weather department but it doesn't take much to get us excited. we have a cold front on the way down from the pacific nor

so again, 116, which caltrans and chp had hoped to re-open by now, is now shut down indefinitely.e waiting for pg&e crews to deal with the downed power line in the area so a huge mess for this stretch of roadway through the guerneville area. as we move on to 101 in marin county, reports of deep standing water. this is the usual spot. anytime it rains, deep standing water approaching lucky drive. and an accident southbound 101 just before the waldo tunnel so again, take it easy and slow down. this accident is involving a spinout just outside of the waldo tunnel has at least one lane of traffic shut down. as we go to our caltrans pictures showing us some of those delays now, southbound 101 approaching the golden gate, the delays are not at the golden gate bridge. it's just north of there again, outside of the waldo tunnel. the bay bridge, metering lights are on and traffic is stacked up into the macarthur maze. major issue for the bay bridge as with the over bridges are the winds this morning. you're definitely going to feel blustery winds across the span. that's a look at "kcbs tra
