they say caltrans has actually requested a sweeper for that area.t means at one point in the next hour or so, they are going to have to close westbound 580 all lanes again to traffic. so you will come to a complete stop if you're on westbound 580 heading here just east of eden canyon road. that is going to be another issue. we've got a long ways to go as far as getting this all cleaned up. let's take a look at sky 7. you can see the big rig has been moved over. two lanes closed, westbound 580 east of eden canyon road. the big rig weighs about 30,000 pounds. it's going to be quite an effort to get it out of there. this happened about 4:45 this morning. it's 6:33 right now. all lanes were blocked for about 45 minutes before they were able to open up a couple of lanes. we noticed all morning long. it appears they've been closing lanes on and off. it looks like that's going to happen, too, as caltrans comes out and tries to clean up. chp is going to have to block all these lanes. a big issue on westbound 580. the problem is not over by any means even th
