in other news, sad news out of stark county, canton k9 officer jethro has died. he was shot at least three times responding to it an armed robbery early saturday morning. jethro passed away from his injuries this morning. this heartbreaking photo was just taken of jethro and his partner, officer ryan davis, last week. jethro's remains were carried from the stark veterinarian hospital as officers saluted and these pictures of the police procession of cruisers and off queue tee officers escorting their family member to be cremated. news that they are planning a funeral for jethro at the canton civic center, and they are getting calls from as far away as canada, england and germany offering k9 dogs. in fact, they're being offered more dogs than canton police has officers. cleveland's lolita restaurant is still closed until further notice after a fire there this afternoon. it's owned by iron chef michael symon. the fire apparently started in a hood over one of the stoves. but symon tweeted that everyone got out safely. he also released a statement on facebook saying
