once the white house gets this report, we likely believe it will be sent to capitol hill in less than an hour and after that, the expectation is that all 100 senators will have access to this. they'll be able to sit down, read it in a secure location and at this hour yet it is not known whether parts of that will be made public or all of it kept private tonight. now very soon after that, the person to watch is senate majority leader mitch mcconnell. he has been very clear that he intends to move very quickly on this, to essentially start the procedural wheels turning. his first move would be filing cloture on it tonight. if the report comes out, and we leave it will tonight worry likely to see the majority leader set up a vote. cloture vote will tell us what senators will vote for kavanaugh and what senators won't vote for kavanaugh. that could set up a final vote for friday. everything certainly depends on the timing of that report that everyone is bracing for up here on capitol hill. >> a lot depends on the three key republican senators who were deeply awni lly angry. they're angry
