outside of norfolk, virginia and it shows officer joe and another officer confronting lieutenant caron nazario in the video has in his full military uniform repeatedly asked why he was being pulled over instead of answering the officers. pepper sprayed him and forced him to the ground. police say at the time that the officers pulled over for what they believed was a missing license plate in the end, was never charged with a crime. the now he's suing both officers for excessive force along with racial profiling. the officers pepper sprayed him and pushed him to the ground. officer gutierrez has been fired. the other officers saw remains on the job. people arrested after what was supposed to be a white lives matter rally in huntington beach yesterday that turned violent counter protesters eventually turning up to the scene and eventually outnumbering the entire group tempers started flaring when the crowd became unruly police declaring an unlawful assembly and ordered them to break it all up of those arrested. police say one person had a baton 2 cans of pepper spray and a knife in his backpack.
