the flash flood warning including bowlen, waterford, and also the secondary warning now includes carver city and cape may as well. we have been dealing with the heavy rainfall that's clustered and sat there for a period of hours. check out some of the doppler radar estimates. this is the past six hours. most of the rain fell in the last three to four hours. you have the bull's-eye indicating five inches of rainfall. this areas picking up three inches of rainfall across parts of camden county. it only takes about six inches of rainfall to impact your vehicle, so now with rainfall totals four to five inches, and then we have poor drainage areas. that water will be standing in some locations. not great travel conditions right now. especially across parts of camden county. the good news is the rainfall is finally dissipating after hours of steady rainfall. still have some lingering rainfall across parts of burlington county, but that will trend to dissipate even in the next 30 minutes or so. we didn't have that heavy pocket of rainfall over this area. this loop is three hours long. even at
