senator casey spoke out. the mental health reform in 2022 wewe have had success aside from the bill i talked about and in response too the utility shootig there are resources that are put in that bill for troubled youth and risk of suicide and risk of addiction of harming others and other mental health issues that would be in high schools. we've increased access to mental health crisis intervention services, tele- mental health and in school mental health services. i would echo what senator casey said, to bills that we put forth. healthcare capacity for pediatric mental health access to increase the mental health access outside of hospitals so children can stay-at-home and don't miss school, the rise act. a child would get an iep say for example dyslexia and when they go to college. the underlining problem leading to the iep is not changed. so why are we putting this obstacle as a transition from high school to college you've got to go through it again if the condition is not permanent that could be indicated
