catherine heenan. it's going to sit down with a panel of political experts to offer analysis on that event. okay. let's switch gears. a deadly car crash in san francisco involving an unoccupied waymo and 6 other cars. so that crash happened just after 6 sunday evening. this is on 6th street between brian harrison in the soma neighborhood. police blocked off the area right near the bay bridge. and they tell us that one driver struck 6 other cars. one person died at the scene and police are saying 7 other people that were hurt in that crash, 2 of which they were taken to the hospital life-threatening injuries. a dog was also found dead inside one of the cars video from the scene showing the back of the waymo smashed in spokesperson for the company says the autonomous taxi was we're into by a car going 95 miles an hour. police say the driver has been detained, taken to the hospital. police are working to determine drugs or alcohol were involved. investigators are also working with chp to determine if the
