someone could have planted caylee's body there. we'll take your calls. 877-tell-hln. joining us to talk about it, former u.s. attorney and also a representative from search. you are showing the foliage and it wouldn't be easy to find caylee, correct? go ahead, tim. >> i think it was next to impossible. there certainly was standing water that was covering anything and that's why i made the decisions that i made before that if caylee was deceased it would be a tiny skeleton over there and we wouldn't take a chance on a horse stepping on it or even a ground searcher and i still think it was the greatest decision and wisest decisions i made in any searches because if that would have happened it would have pushed that body down in the mud and destroyed anything and it would still never be found. we searched everything. one of the big reasons the photo was taken before we did that search is we flew over every area we searched before and any area we had any interest in. that was an area we had a lot of interest in and law enforcement had

her lawyers say they have significant evidence that caylee's body was planted, moved to where caylee's remains were found while casey was behind bars. netisha lance, an bremner and former prosecutor. what are they going for here? they are trying to say body moved while casey is in jail? >> that's right. the defense is saying they have significant sufficient evidence that proves casey anthony is innocent and caylee's body was placed there when casey anthony was behind bars. what this does not touch on is investigators have said her body was placed there june 18th. this would have been far before casey anthony was behind bars. she was first put behind bars july 16th. this doesn't go along with prosecution evidence where a botanist came in saying there was significant growth in and around the remains found there that showed the remains had been there for months. >> that is a great point there. >> ann, are they grasping for straws here or is this a theory that could play in court? >> in some ways it sounds like they are grasping for straws. they need to show reasonable doubt. if they can s

little caylee is last seen june 15th. after that, until the 911 call about a month later, what kind of life did casey lead? >> it was june 16th, actually, that she was last seen. investigators believed she died about june 18th. casey anthony said she was a frantic mother, going around looking for caylee. however, we see pictures and now we see this tattoo that says the contrary to that. it looks like she was partying. it looks like she was getting to get tattoos, starting a relationship with a new boyfriend. this is all things that the prosecution is going to bring up when they have their case. >> you see this, partying, tattoos. she's acting more like a sailor on leave than a mom with a missing 2-year-old. anita, with all that said, is that going to help convict her in court? >> absolutely. because jurors, you know, we're all potential jurors. we all sit there and we look at the individual and we look at their behavior. we expect people to act a certain way. not everybody does, you know, being convicted of a crime, nobod

the defense suggesting that caylee's body was dumped after casey anthony was already behind bars.d obviously what the impact would be then to the case if they were able to prove that? >> two points interesting about that. even if they are able to prove that the body was dumped after she was behind bars, i don't think that proves her innocence, because she could have still been responsible for the death of her child, and the body been placed there after she was incarcerated. in other words, where the body was found may not be where she was murdered. so that doesn't necessarily prove her innocence. i also think that there may be a forensic debate about where and when and how the child was murdered, but i don't think that that necessarily exonerates her. the debate will be interesting but i don't think that's a slam dunk defense and i think it's interesting the defense is saying, oh, we're only going to try this case in court, yet they're leaking to the media, here's our defense. she's innocent. that's a little cheeseball. >> speaking to the defense and what you've seen so far, bring

and i actually had to go to orlando anyhow on some paperwork on the hearing on caylee anthony. so we went ahead and met with the cummings family. and we agreed to go ahead and do some more searches, whatever we could do to go ahead and get her located. and misty just said that, you know what, she just wanted to take the focus off of her, felt as though law enforcement wasn't being honest with her, that she wanted to clear her name. and she asked me, is there any way i can take a polygraph, because i don't trust law enforcement. so i contacted the extremely reputable polygrapher in the area. so we went ahead and paid for that. there was just more questions asked. basically we figured this was going to be a po-minute polygraph, and it ended up five and a half hours. she failed the questions. literally just miserably. and, you know, and we asked her to clarify some of these questions, she really got upset. she stormed out of the room. she went to leave, and then she said, well, tim u i really need to talk to you. she said it seems like maybe i was dreaming or something, i woke up,

fire, and new investigative materials are showing up in the killings, the disappearance of little caylee anthony. we're finding out that in the trunk of her mom's car, investigators are saying that there was no sign of blood. remember, this is where detectives believed she stored her dead child's body. according to this newly released documents this morning, there was no blood evidence found in that truck. what does that mean for the investigation? we do not know yet. it is just breaking. a lot of information released this morning on a single cd, including 1100 page report from the metropolitan bureau of investigation, including a three-dimensional movie of the area where her body was found after she vanished last year. this is orange county, fla., where they are moving on with their case. she was reported missing in july of 2008, her body found in december. earlier this week, her grandfather spoke under oath with authorities out there. we do not know what was said, but the big news now is that no blood was found the truck, according to investigators, the place where they thought the bod
