let's get a check of our cbs 2 developing this morning in iowa city - police are looking for more information after a man approached a young girl walking home from school - and offered to give her a ride home. home.the 9-year-old was walking home from lemme elementary school along washingtion street - around 4- thirty tuesday.the girl told police - she was on the phone with her mother at the time - and ran to a nearby church. church.officers were not able to find the suspect.anyone with information is asked to call iowa city number on this screen. it's also posted online at cbs 2 iowa dot com. a 7-year-old waterloo boy is in the hospital this morning - after being hit by a pick up truck last night. night.it happened on west-eleventh street.waterloo police say the boy was unconscious when they arrived. the boy was first taken to covenant medical center and then flown to iowa city hospitals with life threatening injuries.no names were given out as to those involved.right now - police the number of homes - burglarized
