already seeing rain across the central valley and snow isn't the sierra. there is going to be the story over the next couple of days. as we time it out our hour by hour forecast shows waves of heavy rain into the 2:00 to 3:00 hour. a little bit of a break in time for the main part of the evening kpl commute and we'll see spotty showers during the overnight hours. this will be a break before the here i haver raheavier rain mov. the heavy widespread rain returning by 5:00 to 6:00 and even at 7:00. it is pretty much all over the bay area with some gusty winds. this is when we will be in with the brunt of the storm and some of the roadways seeing minor flooding around the bay area. we wake up on thursday still some rain chances and then it continues into early afternoon. during this time frame we are looking at the potential of the north bay getting from 1 to 3 inches. we are looking about an inch. this is near 3 inchesov of rain. we are looking at the overall impact to bring us about 1 to 4 inchesov 4 inches of rain. it will be over higher elevations. flood r
