george mccray asked me a good question from el cerrito.e last time we had el nino we were catching barracuda and albacore off the coast. he asked if i had seen a fish report. i said no and i checked out santa cruz and there's warm water out there. some boats looking for albacore. i checked water temperatures, they are about 57 to 62. 62, 61 off monterey. that's pretty warm. we'll see. it doesn't mean el nino is here. we're not getting a northwest wind. there's a lot of fog, though. it doesn't matter. the fog is there. it doesn't matter if the water temperatures are warm now. the sard will be the big story today and -- the sierra nevada will be the big story today and into the weekend. there's a flash flood watch out until 9:00 saturday p.m. how about that? that includes much of the sierra, also tahoe, reno, truckee, bear valley, mammoth. be advised. there could be big-time thunderstorms eruchting the there man -- erupting. there will be even more so on sunday. they pop up at 2:00, 6:00. they lose their energy source and collapse. some of t
