both cgi and gcgi are global networks. but you have something they don't. more time, for one thing. all of the years i was in politics, i loved it, but we spent most of our time arguing over two things -- what are you going to do, and how much are you going to spend on it? you going to cut taxes or put more money into education? what are you going to do, how much are you going to spend on it. we didn't spend much time on the third question which i think is the most important question of the 21st century. which is, whatever you propose to do, and how ever much money you have or don't, how do you propose to do it? so that you turn your good intentions into real changes in other people's lives. one of the reasons i think we see so much innovation coming from college students is that you don't have all of that money so you have no choice but to think about the how question. but if you think about it and implement it you might draw tons of money to it. and really, over the last ten years or so, one of the most hopeful things about our future is that it is now possible to raise very large
