the first one suggests that ingmar guandique murdered chandra levy in the course of kidnapping chandra levy there in rock creek park. there's another first-degree felony murder charge that suggests that ingmar guandique murdered chandra levy in the course of an attempted robbery. so why this complexity, why are these charges associated with kidnapping and attempted robbery? well, that is because it becomes a felony even if it was an accident. so even if ingmar guandique didn't mean to kill chandra levy, but he did it in the course of an attempted kidnapping or an attempted robbery, it still is first-degree felony murder here in d.c. so we're keeping an eye on this. so those are the first two counts that chandra levy -- that ingmar guandique faces. if the jury does not consider it first-degree felony murder, they have a fallback position they can go down to second-degree murder of chandra levy which it requires a little bit less proof, a little bit less evidence. on friday, the jury came back, they had a question that they needed resolved at the very end of the day and we suspect that m

robert levy, chandra's dad. he told police chandra planned to move in with condit. we were mad at him, we would say whatever came into our minds. he was the villain. the prosecutor ys chandra had an affair with married congressman gary condit. condit has repeatedly denied having anything to do with chandra's disappearance. after chandra went missing, dr. levy said he told police he didn't know her to jog, that she wasn't the type to go wandering around in a strange park. i said that thinking that cdit was the guilty one. before we knew about this chacter. this character is 29-ar-old ingmar guindice, charged in the murder of chandra levy. the remains of the 24-year-old intern found back in may 2002, she had been missing for about a year. also on the stand today yet another woman who says she was attacked by ingmar in rock creek park. i was trying to struggle as hard as i could, she said. i was going to struggle until i died. eventually she fought him off. guindice was arrested and convicted, he's doing time for that assault. prosecutors say that attackas similar to w
