a live look at cherry hill. kind of quiet out there. people waking up on route 70 at kings highway. we had some construction there but all lanes have reopened so route 70 moving pretty nicely right now. we've been watching for some rain to develop. hasn't happened yet. as we look at storm tracker6 live 3-d you can see the moisture we're dealing with as an upper level low moves through our area today. we're expecting rain a little later on this morning into the afternoon hours at times. currently we have 3-mile visibility at millville. the rest of the area is fine but we did notice some low clouds there. 59 degrees in quakertown and pottstown. doesn't feel too bad out there. it's not terribly humid. 67 degrees in center city. it's certainly warm, though. 62 in hammonton. we're nearly 70 in dover, delaware right now. headed up to 75, mostly cloudy skies, watching for some of those showers to develop so not in the 80's like yesterday but still pretty warm, tam. >> okay, thank you, karen. >>> new this morning, top two officers at the u.s.s.
