cheryl: expensive.l, the president has his own issues 70% of voters say the economy is strong but then if you look at president trumps approval rating it's barely above 40% what is going on with that? is not getting credit for the economy. >> is a very odd situation because normally a president with these high marks in a president that is also delivered all the promises you can pretty much check them off he's delivered them all - the reason you're seeing the stagnant polls with the - it's because of the mannerisms with the tweeting and name calling. i think there are a lot of people that don't find that palatable but you have to say this president has delivered on everything he has promised and we are enjoying a very healthy economy. the only thing to look at would be some of his actions from his own person. cheryl: robin, i did take your word on that the polls are wrong in the next election but michigan, pennsylvania, wisconsin those are the three states democrats - joe biden, bernie sanders - they hav

cheryl: right.unemployment rate, 3.6 unemployment, if things are so great, why would they cut rates right now? >> i think the expectation is they won't cut rates but i can't wait to see is what they had to say at the end of 2-day meeting about the tariff situation, is there effect, are they going to talk about that, the global economy, sign that is the global economy is slowing. to your point the u.s. economy is firing on all cylinders and say, quote, unquote, they are data dependent. maria: really important points that you make. let me ask you lindsey, are you expecting that for 2019, give us your sense of economic bomb drop from earnings perspective? >> from earnings perspective, down 1.4%, but as we all know estimates always go down into the reporting period, i think we will get flat to up slight. in 2019, 2.2% growth. in 2020, 11.8% growth, analysts are expecting growth to continue especially in 2020 as we psych it will easier low-growth rate comparisons. so i think from an economic perspective,
