. -- set a 40 year hope for cleaning up the chesapeake bay. we started to measure actions and results. we created they -- baystat to identified the sources of pollution and the actions we can take together on land to halt the flow of pollutants into the rivers and streams of the chesapeake bay. we set not a 40 year hope, but two-year milestones. we reduced storm water runoff and expanded the number of acres planted with winter cover crops helped create clean technology and our sewage treatment plants. we made it possible for citizens to click on every to be jerry -- any of the tributary basin where they live, to see whether we were making progress. and hitting our goals to restore the health of our water. for all of that effort, we reduced nitrogen, phosphorus sediment levels by 14%, 15%, and 18% respectively. we restored hundreds of acres of stream buffers and natural wetlands. we doubled the number of native oysters that are now filtering the waters of the chesapeake bay. did we meet every goal we set? no, we did not meet every goal we set.

low 40s right around the chesapeake bay. what a dramatic change from yesterday. so with the morning commute, wet roads. we'll be in the 40s. and then during the afternoon roads will be drying out we'll be hovering in the upper 40s to around 50 degrees. so not much of a change temperatures over the next 24 hours. and then colder as we get down to tomorrow morning, mid-30s. breezy and chilly on saturday with highs mid-40s. sunday sunny into the low 50s after a cold start in the 20s. and then finally getting mild for several days in a row. monday monday in in to thursday highs in 60s. might get a little rain on thursday. coming up i'm working on updated rain timing. alexis how is traffic now? >>> we're seeing some minor slowing top side of the beltway but no reports of incidents or delays in that area. in prince william county balls ford road near jackson avenue an accident there. police on the scene but it has been moved to the shoulder. elsewhere, route 1 at powells creek boulevard in woodbridge an accident there with police on the scene. here is a live look at 95
