nbc 10's deanna durante live at the chester police department. deanna, what are you learning about this latest threat? >> reporter: we're learning that the threat was directed toward police here in the city of chester and the police say the man who made the threats on social media was apparently upset, the fact that they had arrested a 17-year-old girl yesterday. the 17-year-old was arrested after investigators say she posted threats toward students and schools here in this section of delaware county. they say that they tracked her to a relative's house and placed her under arrest. she's a juvenile, so they're not talking about her. then a man placed threats on social media. the fbi, delaware county detectives, and police from this area all investigated. and investigators are not te telling us tonight if there's a connection between the 17-year-old and 23-year-old man but the 23-year-old man is under arrest for attacks. reporting live. deanna durante, nbc 10 news. >>> and breaking overnight, one man was shot and several cars hit as someone unload
