so quite chilly overnight tonight. where did the rain go? half of december, san francisco double-digit rainfall. since then, the past two weeks, less than 2 inches of rainfall. the deal is that we have a lot of moisture out there. we have storms out there. what we do not have is high pressure to block everything. that's taking all these storms and kind of hitting a wall. they are riding up toward alaska. they are eventually making it back down to the pacific northwest. we are now wintry instead of wet. the storms are there just not coming here. high pressure doesn't move for the next several days so our weather doesn't change. our air is coming down from the north like it has been. we'll stay chilly with overnight lows around freezing and around highs will be in the mid- to upper 50s. for us it feels chilly we stay there through the weekend. next week it gets colder as we we have low pressure developing over the rockies giving us a stronger push of cold air and temperatures will go from the upper 50s to the lower 50s for highs. that's when,
