we turn to the weather channel's chris warren for that part of the story. chris, good evening to you. >> good evening, savannah. as we just heard, the northeast and san francisco dealing with some of the weather right now in the form of the low clouds. if we look at the satellite radar combination, look at rain and clouds, it's the northeast and the west. now, in the northeast we are seeing a storm that is moving outs, and as it moves out the snow and rain we see throughout the day will come to an end. in the pacific northwest the next system moves in and another moves in and overnight we see the morning hours and thanksgiving. over night in the morning hours in thanksgiving fog will be a concern in the great lakes and in parts of the mississippi valley. while it will be cold in the northeast, we have that next system for thanksgiving evening moving in the pacific northwest. we look at rain and wind for the lower elevations and snow in the higher elevations. things are unsettled in southern california as well. heading home now on sunday, we could have issues

i'm meteorologist chris warren. now we're getting you ready for black friday.st. it is going to be gorgeous. some spots with readings into the 60s. a developing system here in the southern plains in the parts of the upper midwest, and then we have that storm that affected during the day on thanksgiving, moving into the intermountain west. and temperatures will be mild. look at all the yellows and oranges, mid 60s around the gulf coast. cool in the pacific northwest. here's that system, moving from now, up to the great lakes. behind it we'll have a chance for snow for places like minneapolis on down into parts of iowa could see the snowflakes and windy with that in the plains. look at the blue dipping down now. readings and daytime highs in the 30s and 40s. that system for sunday, huge travel day, everyone heading home. we'll see a chance for rain and some thunderstorms in the south, up into the northeast. mainly the inland locations. but that will be working through the northeast, quiet in the middle part of the country for sunday. monday, the southeast, mid-at

i'm chris warren with the weather forecast for the day. show where you we can see some of that messy weather. we are looking at either rain or snow throughout parts of the ohio valley and parts of the northeast will say reason, mainfully new england but look at suns shines from new york to washington, d.c. if you go out in the morning when the sun comes up and you don't see sunshine, give it it sm time. it will be arriving. more sunshine for the south. we have that next system brewing in the northern rockies. we will see cool air down into the south. daytime highs today in atlanta. only 49 degrees. not too far away from where we will be in seattle, at 46. that next system starting to push off into the plains now, bit time we see thursday. gorgeous looking day here in the northeast. a fair amount of sunshine. but we will see the cool air move in, some areas like denver to billing is, not getting above the freezing mark for a daytime high. we start to rebound in the south. we have another system taking shape here in the southwest. we will se

perhaps he was worn down by those on his own team who didn't mesh with warren or by other democrats like chrisrun the agency. but that's the point. warren is headed toward a legislative body that will most likely wear her down too. she will be pushing her attempts at substantive change right up against the same republicans whose very existence cowed a president in the senate that now requires 60 votes to pass a greeting card. to an extent, that's true. how will she be able to make a difference? having said that, my personal instincts in reading this is i hope she doesn't give up and i hope supporters grow in numbers and vote for her and vote for people like her. because she wanted to do what no one has had the guts to do, no one. she wanted to do much more than anyone when it comes to pulling back the fat cats, getting some regulations in there that protect the little guy, that protect the folks on main street. she was failed at it, was failed, i think, by the system. but she wants to do what no one has had the guts to do. is there anyone else? >> i think things are changing right now. and we'

radical redistribution of wealth and violence, but warren boasts "i created much of the intellectual foundation for what they do." >> joining me now is chriske the story over the weekend. thanks for being here, chris. what does the memo and rove's smear tell you about the right wing? >> i think what occupy wall street has been able to do in just two short months in terms of completely altering the focus of the national conversation, is really remarkable. two months ago we were talking about austerity, deficits, how government needs to cut and the last two months inequality, how big the financial system is, we've been talking about the banks getting away with essentially bankrupting the economy and moving on with big bonuses. the focus of the national conversation has really shifted and if you are sitting inside the american bankers' association or on the board of morgan chase or goldman sachs that has to start to worry you. >> do you think by they're now talking about gearing up to smear the occupiers, others of us in the movement, others like elizabeth warren they're of course trying to turn the debate back, which we've always known that'

chris. >> let's look at the race in massachusetts where incumbent senator scott brown is running likely -- against likely democratic challenger elizabeth warrenr run at the independent outsider. can he? >> first, the math is a little more complicated. four seats if democrats hold the white house. three seats if they don't. the senate would be 50/50 on a three-seat gain. ndbut in massachusetts, it's gog to be a very good race. basically a democrat, elizabeth warren, is the likely democratic nominee. a democrat starts off with 45% off the top. she or any other democratic nominee would need, just need five more points to win, but at the same time, scott brown has really, i think he has carved out a fairly independent niche for himself. i think he's much stronger than a conventional republican candidate. i think it's going to be a very good race and one thing to be remembered is that candidates often -- people who have run before and won oftentimes have an edge over someone who's never run for elected office before. so elizabeth war han a lot to show, because she's never done this before. this isn't a classroom. we'll see what kind of candidate s
