olessa: cindy confirmed it was there. cindy: just one. olessa: just one. until the snow starts going, cindy: the rain yesterday. oh, my gosh, did it come down! buckets of it. we had one to two inches or more of rain across the area. a lot of spots over two inches. nantucket, brewster on the cape. southern worcester county. north of boston, haverill had over two inches of snow officially in boston just under an inch-and-a-half. it was a wind-swept soaking rain. record warm temperatures. 58, brand new record in boston. these are all record highs that were set yesterday. got as warm as 61 in hartford, connecticut. hour. so pretty wild yesterday. that storm is now departing. in its wake still an active wind out of the west. winds gusting 20, 30 miles per hour this morning. and that wind is going to be with us all day long. so wind chills will get no higher than the 20's today. day. we'll get back some sunshine. fairly short lived though as we are watching a quick-moving system that is going to bring in light snow for many of us by the end of the day tomorrow.
