he had trouble right after he started with the city of phoenix. he was hired for neighborhood services back in 2007. records show within six months he was caught padding his time card, clocking in for 29 hours he didn't actually work. he was suspended two days and still got a dollar merit raise that year and every year he was eligible since. he was arrested last month. police say he had naked pictures of an ex-girlfriend and had pictures on a city device, and printed those pictures and tossed them on her lawn. he was arrested two weeks later for harassing her. his pay is nearly $30 an hour and right now he's on long-term disability. since january according to the city of phoenix, he gets 66% of depends on an internal investigation and the criminal investigation going on with police right now. that could take months. >>> we have breaking news happening now. michigan police officer fighting for his life after being shot in the head. there's a news conference happening at this very moment. this is at wayne state university, really in the heart of the
