ktvu claudine wong is at oakland police head quarters. >> reporter: at this hour police searching for whoever is responsible for this shooting. i want to show the scene when police were out there earlier. this is at stone and pippin. it happened at a motor home park. witnesses at the scene tell us a group of guys rushed the victim that was standing on the sidewalk with a group of friends. they were apparently on their way out. it's all about 12:35 this morning. the victim was in his 20s and has been shot twice. i want to show you also video from the hospital as that victim was taken to the hospital this morning. we've talked to oakland police this morning. they confirm he was shot once in the face, once in the shoulder, but he is in stable condition. at this point it's still unclear if this is the fight between people who knew each other. if this was a random shooting. that's what police are trying to get to the bottom of this morning. we have been talking to police. we've been out to the scene. we will try to get more information on this. live in oakland claudine wong ktvu channel 2

claudine wong is there to tell us why the lights will go off and who will be affected, good morning claudine: residents and businesses have been warned, but it will still have an impact on the day. this is where working will be done and somewhere there is something that pg&e will be replaced and as they do that, they will have to replace them. they originally said 70 businesses were up to 200 more than that. so this is an area of greenfield terrorists. they will have to turn off the power at 8:00 and it will not come back on until 4:00 this afternoon. residents have gotten some information and at least a couple of businesses say they will have to shut down because there is no way to operate. pg&e does have a system in place because they are affected by this and if they are losing money they can file a claim. we are talking to them and there is actually a stretch which is a pretty major thoroughfare through town and maybe a block or two that looks like they will be affected. people are confused and they think they might be and they are making plans incase they are. pg&e is given this boundary

and claudine wong has the mistakes found locally. good morning, claudine. >> reporter: good morning, tori. nearly 30,000 soldiers and their family members are buried here at the san francisco national cemetery in what is considered hallowed ground. among those gravesites are 51, 51 where there were headstones in the wrong place, some with no headstone at all. same problems mat the golden gate national cemetery in san bruno and it's still unclear how big this problem really is. this all started summer of 2010 when families were discovered at the arlington national cemetery in virginia. that launched an audit to figure out if there was a bigger problem in store, that audit led to discovery of the state at this cemetery and golden gate cemetery. problems being blamed on renovations and they're saying that crews came in to put counsel new sod, fix up the ground, took off grave stones and when they went to put them back, that's when there were problems. this hearing taking place in d.c. this morning at 10:30 our time is considered an upda

some delays i imagine claudine. >> reporter: yes it will be slow going.caltrain that just went through here. it's still in the intersection that's san bruno and huntington avenue. you can see it's barely moving. it's at a crawl going through that intersection. that is going to be the situation for the rest of the morning commute according to caltrain who we just spoke with a few minutes ago. they said it was single tracking for a short time. now they are on restricted speed. as you can see that train not moving at all. moving slowly or at this point not moving. that's going to cause delays this morning. the problem, there's apparently a track problem on the southbound tracks through san bruno. they have to fix that so they've got everything slowed down while they do that. how this damage happened is still unclear. this is obviously a construction zone in and around here. we're not sure something during the construction zone caused a problem to the tracks. all we can tell you at this point is that the tracks have been damaged. so, it's going to take everyo
