it was on the 200 block of cleveland avenue. we assume it was outside the house that that is still an open question at this point. >> new this morning, a taxi driver picks up a lot of trouble at a bart station. his ordeal ended when he was robbed. >> he spent about 12 hours stuff in the trunk just like this one. it was a yellow cab like this one that he was driving at the pittsburgh a point bart station when he picked up three people, three men. they asked the driver to take them to an apartment complex in antioch where police say they robbed him at gunpoint and forced him into the trunk of a car. they drove around the east bay for several hours and finally released him in the oakland hills 12 hours later at around midnight. he then flagged down a police officer. he was fine and all we know about him now is he is in his 30's. this is the license plate of the cab which is still missing. i did speak with one of his colleagues here who did not want to go on camera and he said the man is ok but obviously shaken up. coming up at 6:00
