a man is safe this morning after tumbling down a cliff in san francisco over night. the fire department says he fell about 300 feet down dead man's cliff ending up near the water. rescuers got him on to a boat and brought him to safety. the fire department says he is okay and now this was the same cliff where two teenaged siblings were rescued this month. >>> interstate 10 shut down in both directions this morning from palm springs, flooding completely washed out the eastbound bridge there and damaged a westbound bridge as well. caltrans says the damaged section will stay closed indefinitely. kpix 5's lisa chan joins us in the newsroom with more on that. good morning. >> reporter: good morning, well this interstate is a main route between california and arizona. and engineers will assess the damage to the bridge this morning. the collapse is being blamed on heavy rains and flooding that shut down the freeway. the bridge 50 miles west of the arizona state line washed away. traffic headed toward arizona was forced to turn around. one driver was injured. the riverside c
