as we look live or attempt to here after 422 by the phoenixville and collegeville interchange there isut there and some eastbound headlights as well coming away from 29 headed into 23, we are seeing pockets of volume now. during the midday today westbound by trooper watch out for lane restriction that is could cause delays. let's head towards gilbertsville watching a disabled vehicle along philadelphia avenue at bart man avenue by the taco bell and there is storm damage from last night including a downed tree in the west chester area along phoenixville pike right near 322. pottstown pike or use 202 as alternates. also we've been seeing sprinkles through that area this morning so the roadway is a little damp. still have some downed wires in lower merion. they're closing down lafayette road near young ford road. young ford can get you around it. during the midday the next couple days they'll be installing a water main in upper merion along soul gulph road and valley view road. maybe stay on church road or use the schuylkill expressway if you're out and about in upper merion from 9:00 unt
