the anonymous parent called it "the perfect storm," and expressed concerns about a repeat of columbinenow, the douglas county school district official who wrote that letter says all of the concerns were reported to the department of human services and to the sheriff's department. officials at the stem school dispute the claims, and they even filed a lawsuit back in january against jane doe, the parent whose name they don't know, alleging that defamatory statements were made. so we came here to the court to pull the lawsuit. the school is suing the caller they identify as jane doe, asking the judge to issue a subpoena to force the phone company to reveal who that woman was who made the explosive allegations. i called the school couldn't reach them. >> called the school district official who wrote the letter, couldn't reach him ever. jeff i did talk to the sheriff's department, they confirmed they filed a police report and as of tonight, an investigation is ongoing into those allegations, but they wouldn't tell us more than that. >> glor: okay, david begnaud, thank you very much. >> glor

that happened just seven miles south of littleton, colorado, where 20 years ago when the columbine shooting rampage 13 people were shot and killed. one of the suspects in this latest shooting is devon erickson. the sheriff is not releasing his photo so that investigation is not jeopardized. the other suspect is a juvenile and is name is not being released. the investigation into the shooting is just beginning. >> reporter: a deadly shooting as wo students fire and one died from his injuries. shortly after 2:00 p.m., one adult and one minor males walked into the school just 7 1/2 miles from columbine high school and started firing in two classrooms. >> we didn't expect anything like this and we didn't hear any threats. >> within minutes, fire trucks and others arrived with 1-800- students. >> i have to believe the quick response of the officers that got inside that school helped save lives. >> reporter: they took two into custody after a struggle. they served a search warrant at the home of one of the gunman. the boy told his parents what he witnessed. >> a guy pulled i believe a pistol, i a
