this happened on concord boulevard. police quickly closed off concord boulevard. more than half a half a million people across california are without power right now. more than 20,000 of those outages are in the bay area, according to pg&e's outage map. the utilities online map shows many other trouble spots, and the green and orange spots are indicating where there are outages in the north bay. as of 4:00 this morning, more than 13,000 customers are in the dark. on the peninsula, more than 9000 without power. wind is picking up in many communities, too. in the north bay, specifically guerneville, we have been getting calls from viewers about flooding there this morning. one man called and said, when he looked out his window, he could see water covering more than half of his neighbor's home. we will have more on that in our next half hour. in the meantime, the santa rosa fire department says several trees and power lines are down around the city. they tweeted a video of a tree that fell on a car while it was being repaired. one person was injured and taken to the
