here's a look at one of those trees that fell overnight in concord community park. join meal, stein and her kids came to check it out so little intimidating, just making sure that our house is ready and but everything is bolted down. it's crazy that it fell over because that must have been a lot of wins. the weekend weather knocked down trees, caused power outages and created road hazards on rosalind drive to huge eucalyptus trees, crashed into a backyard and crushed another homes. garage i heard the first tree fall here at my neighbor's home, and that was loud. it shook all the windows, andrea harris and her family packed up after this happened and chose to stay in a hotel instead. she said. they don't feel safe, especially with a row of towering eucalyptus still there. our back fence has been destroyed and there is one very tall tree that's still standing . um and if that one goes, it will come right into our house. these trees are on the edge of el monte elementary school. neighbors say they want the mount diablo unified school district to have the trees removed.

for the east bay reaching 59 in concord and martinez. 62 in hayward.er 50s for the inland east bay. along the coastline we're in the low 60s for this afternoon. san mateo reaching 60 degrees and 59 in daly city. for san francisco it's reaching 60 today downtown and 61 in the mission district. and for the north bay as warm as 66 in ukiah and santa rosa. novato today 60 degrees. it's going to be cold again tomorrow morning, dipping down into the upper 30s with fairfield at 36 degrees for a morning start and 41 in oakland. also 41 tomorrow morning in napa. so we've had dry weather. it continues as high pressure keeps it dry, but it's starting to move out of here. and we'll see an area of low pressure dipping down from saturday into monday and it's going to bring in some widespread rain, also more sierra snow, pushing down some very cold air that we'll see stay with us into tuesday as well as through the middle of next week p.m. now the rain outlook with that one system coming in looks a lot heavier for the sierra. around the bay area it looks more focused
