this is condos that were under construction. we talked to the man who owns the businesses next to the site. he says they've been working on it for quite sometime. around 4:00 this morning, the construction site of the condos went up in flames. the philadelphia police department says this is a crime scene and they're investigating this as a case of arson. the fire has collateral damage to the buildings next to it. and again residents have been evacuated from their homes. we've talked to some saying they heard someone in the middle of the night, around 4:00 screaming "fire." they were evacuated from their homes by the fire department. we're waiting to hear from the fire commissioner. he's across the street. he's supposed to talk to us in a little bit. as soon as he comes over we will come back to you so you can hear directly from fire commissioner sawyer about the investigation, it possible causes and the problems with fighting this fire. such a hot, humid morning already. then you add to the fact that you've got a three-alarm fir
