recorded shortly after the government's 2003 raids on craig anderson is home.rlier in the trial, hoskins testified he secretly recorded the conversation with dr. tank about steroids, but i didn't do it properly or couldn't find the tapes. prosecutors say over the weekend hoskins found it. the timing couldn't be better for the prosecution. this other case devastated last week when a doctor arthurs testimony contradicted much of what hoskins said. in fact it but boskin said he and king talked about steroids 50 times and specifically discussed it on steroid use, dr. arthur only recalls one conversation in 1999. he says bonds was an even mentioned by name. depending on whats on the tape it could be used to impeach dr. arthurs testimony. prosecutors and defense attorneys are now making their own transcript of the tape and defense attorneys are trying to authenticated to make sure it's the real thing. tuesday afternoon they will be back in court to argue whether it can be introduced into evidence and whether or not that means if that steve hoskins and dr. arthur tang
