in between windsor, north of creighton. there are still a few. a lot of activity out in the valley.have calmed down in the last couple of hours. below is moving south and it will send in some this morning but it is on its way out. muggy conditions, 60s for lowe's. yesterday was 80s and muggy conditions in the. hardly a drop and then for others, torrential rain. it was really good for the north bay. today it will be mainly to the south for the morning and then in the afternoon, should be cooler as we get a northwest breeze as the high pressure kicks in. 60s and 70s for many. >>> the traffic looks okay. we will show you the bay bridge in a little bit. the bridge traffic is not bad. i checked it out but i will tell you what is slow is the traffic on the east shore freeway. let's start there but i will show you the bridge. 80 westbound slow from the bridge to the macarthur maze. largely due to the good old fashion credit, people on the road a little bit earlier. some of it might have to do with yesterday people staying home. maybe people want to get home and watch the playoff game. what
