it was do or die time for the chicago cubs tonight in sports if cubbies will live to see another game in the national league the iowa board of regents went several years without raising tuition at the state's three public universities. now the board could bump the cost of college for a second time this year. the increase was discussed regent are proposing a 3- percent increase to under-grad tuition for the 2016-2017 school year. earlier this year the regents approved a 3-percent increase for students at u-n-i and iowa state. that jump goes into affect during the upcoming spring semester. the board won't make a final vote on this latest increase until the december. there's another career in high demand right now... and will be for several years. and as angie sharp tells us what it is..
