cuomo, and every single guest i had was saying one at a time. this is unbelievable. this is unprecedented. we're supposed to have one administration at a time. the incoming administration is interfering with current u.s. policy. and i remember those arguments so vividly on the air. and again, on that -- this is on that same day that i had mentioned, december 29th. ken, this is for you. ms. mcfarland e-mailed another transition advisor. saying, sanctions announced hours before the administration in retaliation for russian election meddling were aimed at discrediting mr. trump's victory. the sanctions could also make it much harder for mr. trump to ease tensions with russia, which has just thrown the u.s. election to him. so everyone, ken, wants to know what she meant by that. what do you think? had just thrown the u.s. election to him? >> you know, i think we're going to be seeing a lot more from ms. mcfarland -- ms., not mr. and in the transition period, i think that's ridiculous. there's just no evidence of that yet. there's no evidence of it. we're talking a lot about stepping back. this is all part of the political question of so-called c
