that coupled with the fact that the d.c. grand jury, as far as we know, has not met in about a month. and we've not seen any evidence that it's meeting this week. despite some signals that it may or was going to, we're not seeing evidence of that. for whatever reason jack smith decided it's more prudent for legal reasons to file, most or all of this case, assuming he's going to file it, all the signs are pointing to that in the southern district of florida. now, that comes with risks, obviously. there are a lot more trump supporters who live in dade county than the district of columbia. it's distributed by geography, more democrats in south florida, as you go north, it gets more conservative. but lots of lawyers i've been talking to all day who work in florida have been mentioning that to me. the jury pool might be more favorable in southern florida. and there are legal reasons to believe that important folks from jack smith's investigation have been spending time down in florida. >> what about what a d.c. judge said about t
