dagen: maya, it's dagen mcdowell. being a democrat, she's predictable on the spending and that's not cutting it and increasing it. a third of a trillion dollars in infrastructure, a third of trillion of college plan that she has and even with the revenue increases through the tax crane eses, it still adds to the debt. >> so her plan would add to the add, slightly, i would say about $200 billion which we cannot afford because keep in mind before we do anything, we will be adding $9 trillion to the debt over that ten-year period. so we should be talking about bringing that number down, not adding more. but she would spend a lot and she would for the most pay for it, though, not entirely. but the problem is that spending and those tax increases leave very little room left to do anything about the other parts of the debt. i think what we should be talking is where are our prities for spending. i think there are a lot of unmet priorities in terms of investment needs but we are spending so much on the other things, the big

dagen: and hillary. the sector, you want to be long if donald is going to win. maria: you want to avoid those stocks? the idea that she's going to implement caps on drug prices sends the groups sharply? >> exactly true. you could argue about the price in, if you look at biotech, mylan, they are down so much. a lot of that is people are assuming that hillary wins and maybe that's priced in and could argue. anthony: some of the smartest investors in the world are using hedge funds. what's the argument against hedge funds? >> it's hard to be a pretty efficient market. you don't want high fees in allow-growth environment. that's a real head wind. you want to be in a hedge product when stocks are expensive and bonds expensive and they are really both expensive so a pretty good for henl fund managers. anthony: you do need to hedge yourself when you're in volatile markets and difficult political times. >> hedge funds are still the best investors out there probably because they pay so much. anthony: will you say
