dagen mcdowell with more on that. how that is reverberating. what do you think?are court documents uncovered by "the los angeles times," related to a lawsuit not over firing of unattractive people but lawsuit filed in 2012. it was settle ad year later. it involved the trump, involved the organization, how much the employees were working and breaks they got but in these court documents there are accusations by former employees at the trump golf club in rancho palos verdes california, allegedly trump saying he didn't want unattractive people as hostesses in the club's restaurant. that he didn't want overweight women in, working in the club's restaurant or unattractive people. neil: this wasn't a casino? >> no this is the trump national golf club. neil: casinos go ahead and hire attractive women. >> in some instances at some organizations it could be allowed under the law but that is beside the point. i think all businessmen and all business owners and business women run into lawsuits of varying kinds, even if it is about someone's appearance but the point is, he is

dagen mcdowell. basil michael with us. dagen to you first, what do you make of what is going on here and how this will all be resolved if at all? >> i do think john stumpf will end up losing his job as ceo. i think writings on the wall when that happens. no one knows. beyond that the egregious behavior at wells fargo, these lawmakers, particularly the democrats, they're all about controlling pay of corporate executives and particularly those in the banking industry. i think that is the direction that they're trying to go. regulators in april proposed rules about financial pay, about wall street pay, including clawbacks that go back seven years. the banking industry fighting back against those proposed regulations but that is what we're talking about. they will make this act like this is about john stumpf and the $41 million that he has given up but it is about more than that it is about washington controlling the pay of corporate executives. neil: basil, there was a great deal of criticism led by senator elizabeth warren la

dagen mcdowell is here and has some thoughts or details on this. >> terrific story in "the wall streeto the point of a president obama said all along. if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. that is just not true. there's a study done by mckenzie. what you are finding is the insurance companies are limiting the type of plan that you can buy through these health care exchanges. pbs, which we've all been a ppo, which is a preferred or better organization with a lot of choice. those are going away. the study looked at states and washington d.c. and 75% of the ya erring in those exchanges for the next year are hmos. 75% -- 15% will have gps. only 15% will have access. hmos are even a more narrow option, which is an exclusive provider organization. they are trying to keep premium increases down, but they're also trying to limit their losses. when you narrow in on one hospital by one group of.days, you can really tell her how much are reimbursed as our today's health scares. >> the final thing is tailored down or can it still be fixed. that's too big of a question. hillary clinton
