damascus, a montgomery county, landover, 0.12 inches of rain. not a lot of rain out there so far. the temperatures definitely feel like summer. 80 degrees falls church, 83 bowie, 84 brain . the wind is kicking out of the east, which keeps the temperatures cooler. with areas where the water temperature is warmer, 85 degrees reported manassas. the satellite image, one area that we're watching it off of the coast of carolina. most of the showers will stay to the north and west. tomorrow, some of that moisture will move in and we'll have more widespread showers and storms. we are seeing our chance of showers and storms improving. this area of low pressure is moving and, feeding the tropical moisture until sometime early friday morning. the cold front will be southeast of fort wayne, pushing things in our direction. tomorrow, the low will be off the coast, moving north and east. low pressure over michigan. between those, a good push of moisture from the south. more clouds than anything else, but a chance of showers and storms in the morning, better chance in the afternoon and evening.
