nbc bay area's damian trujillo is live at levi's stadium and damian, you were the first to break this story, what kind of details do you have for us so far? >> reporter: well, i got a call from sources early this morning and then over an hour ago san jose police confirmed that, yes, in fact, they have served a search warrant at the home of 49ers' ray mcdonald. we have video of him actually leaving the jail a few weeks ago on unrelated, unproven, and uncorroborated allegations. now police got a call from a hospital yesterday morning. it involved a possible sexual assault victim who was there getting treatment. the victim told police she was possibly, possibly sexually assaulted the day before and identified the alleged suspect as ray mcdonald. the warrant was served last night. no arrests have been made. the d.a. declined to file charges a few weeks ago against mcdonald after domestic violence allegations. today mcdonald is back in the spotlight in a negative way here at levi's stadium. comcast sportsnet bay area did hear from the nfl. they say they are looking into the allegations, bu

damian? >> reporter: they arrived here a couple hours ago and are working hard behind me trying to protect the city from the creek. these are volunteers. they get paid about minimum wage. what the california conservation court, they are filling thousands of sand bags and placing them at street level along the creek. this has been a trouble spot for this community. in fact, the joint powers authority of the creek issued an alert warning people of the danger of the creek, especially during tonight and tomorrow's big storm. the crews will be here until about 3:30 this afternoon. much needed helping hand for east palo alto. >> this area that's on this side of the creek, we are hoping because of the drought now, you know, we are not going to have this, you know, high level in the creek, but we're going to be monitoring the creek. that's going to give us advanced warning, a couple of hours. >> reporter: earlier today, san carlos city workers replenished the sand at its sand bag location. the high d

damian trujillo is live outside fry's electronics in san jose. drones there among the hottest holiday items, damian. >> reporter: yeah, they're getting easier and cheaper to fly. there's one inside this store for about $70 with a camera. this fry's store on brokaw in san jose stocked up on those drones because of the high demand. but there are rules as some 49ers fans found out this weekend. they can allow just about anyone to get an aerial view of pretty much anything without ever leaving the ground. but there are some serious rules when flying a drone. this is a picture i took of a drone flying over levi's stadium before saturday's game. and these are some of the officers who swarmed the drone's operators. >> you'll see a number of officers get dispatched to when we have calls relating to a drone flying at a stadium. because we don't know if it's the hobbyists, we don't know if it's someone with ulterior motives. our job is public safety and we want to make sure the venue is space. >> reporter: the air space over levi's stadium is federally res

nbc bay area's damian trujillo is live in the neighborhood with the latest. damian, you've been standing out there watching those developments. what's happening now? >> reporter: well, it looks like the s.w.a.t. team here in san jose might be wrapping things up. they have not arrested anyone at this point, they were looking for a suspect involved in a shooting, they believe, this morning, one person was injured. then he ran into this neighborhood on roseway and francisco avenue in san jose filled with apartment complexes, so the merge unit went room-to-room, building-to-building looking for the suspect. right now the merge unit came back to this location and i'm told they may be wrapping things up pretty soon. they seem to have identified the person they were looking for, they are just crossing ts and dotting is at this point. you can see the armored vehicle now leaving the scene at this point. i'm trying to get the attention of the public information officer, who was over at the command center right now to see if he can get a update on whether or not they ha

let's talk to the bbc's damian grammaticus now who is following this for us.tell you that i'm at the scene here, and this incident is all over. literally in the last 20 seconds or so, the armed police units have just driven past me, pulling out, driving away. they've removed almost all of the barrier tape they had up, sealing off the streets. and the whole area now is calm again. it appears from what we can understand here is that the four men who police say entered this building possibly armed have been taken into custody. they may have given themselves up, we understand. and been taken away. we don't know the cause of this incident. what we're hearing from locals, they say they believe this is a local dispute. one person said to me i think this was 100% drugs related. but nobody very clear of the exact cause, or even whether there was a hostage taken in this situation. >> damian, thanks for the update from ghent, a situation that appears to be over. but let's take you over to ben with the business news. >> one of belgium's biggest strikes in years has paraly
