a huge star, so this is a pretty big deal. >> dasha, on a different subject, the trump campaign filed a lawsuit against a pennsylvania county alleging that voter suppression was going on there. what do we know? >> reporter: they filed a lawsuit in bucks county, pennsylvania, one of the suburbs around philadelphia, we learned moments ago that the release that the trump campaign was asking for to extend early voting in pennsylvania, was extended. it's extended through november 1st. but this is important to understand, guys, this is not mean that there was anything fraudulent going on, the former president has been posting about claims of widespread cheating, things like that, there's no evidence of that, there are some kind of mundane challenges that the polls with resources, with early mail-in voting, what voters can do is go and apply for a mail-in ballot, receive it that day and turn it that day. now they have a little bit longer there. but no evidence of wide spread fraud or anything like that, guys. >> dasha thanks so much. >>> voters and officials are edge. >> we've seen some inst

joining us now is gabe gutierrez in columbus, georgia and dasha burns. dasha, let's start with you.president will be at town halls sent to and tomorrow. tomorrow's event will be with an all-women audience and that's a group that prefers vice president harris. what exactly is the strategy? >> you guys talked at the outset here about just how insanely close this race is right now. both of these candidates are at the point where they're trying to shore up the places where they are struggling. there is that gender gap. the former president is looking to get some women over to his side. this is an issue that's really been irking him. he said at rallies, women like me. women like me. he feels he's not getting enough credit for issues for his attempt to moderate the republican rhetoric and reproductive rights and overturning roe versus wade. he wants to be doing better with this demographic and when it's this close, the ability to maybe chip away a little bit at that lead and narrow those massive gender gap margins just a little bit could make a difference, guys? >> gabe, let me go to you.

dasha burns, thank you. let's go to vice president kamala harris's new warnings about trump during her campaign blitz of blue wall states. nbc's aaron gilchrist is in detroit, michigan with vice president harris. she changed up her stump speech last night to go after trump by filling the venue with sounds of him using his own words. tell us what happened. >> you're absolutely right. we did hear the vice president last night in pennsylvania talk about some of the things she traditionally talks about at these campaign rallies. but you're right, it was a big difference to have this multimedia presentation really, something i've seen at trump rallies that i've attended in the past. this was the first time, though, at a harris rally where we saw the vice president introduce a piece of video. and this was a compilation, edited video that the campaign put together of former president trump in interviews and in some of his campaign rallies talking about what he called the enemy within. the vice president pointing th
