good morning, i'm dave clark. let's talk about weather, traffic. how did it feel when you walked out this morning? >> much better than it felt. >> steve took care of it. >> it was tough. big changes today. dave and pam. the fog is there. it's very shallow but it will impact some areas. you can see the low clouds already moving over the city. by the way, temperature yesterday in the city did hit 78 degrees and that happened after 5:00 which doesn't happen all that often. and then we will focus our attention on sunshine in the morning and rapidly increasing clouds. this cell looks like it will stay right off the coast. if it came over us we'd have one heck of a lightning show. our increasing clouds are coming up from southern california, not off the coast. they will be here later today. so we will start off with some fog. very warm temps to start inland areas. it will be sun isny and then we will -- sunny and then we will go cloudy. this cell looks like it will favor areas just off the coast. so the coastal locations will cloud up here fast. some sun
