russell 2000, david asman is talking about that next hour. the small cap names getting hit. transports certainly down. look, it is about apple, dragging down the s&p and the nasdaq. apple is a big weight on both of the indexes right now. stock is down about 3 1/2 bucks, 3.5%, almost on the nose. we'll have more in just a moment. here's what's going on today. the flight to safety. investors are buying up u.s. treasuries, pulling the yield on the 10-year note, we're at 2.52%. there's the ten-year. and the dollar is rising to two-year high against the euro. economic news out of europe today, and this is a question mark about europe. there's the euro and the rest of the currencies against the u.s. dollar. the dollar is the story as is what's going on with regards to the commodities markets. and first, gold the big story, gold selling off overnight and kind of coming back. that's what's interesting about gold. you never know. you got to stay tuned. things change in an instant and crude is down despite everything happening with regards to syria. >>> even though today is a jewish h

i'm david asman here to join liz claman. let's go right to the nyse to find out what's happening. morgan stanley really letting the air out of tesla's tires. what happened? >> they still have a 320 doll price target. basically they're echoing what elon musk said. the stock run up very quickly. may be overvalued in the short term. don't expect it to go in one direction. they're not saying they're bearish on stock or company but taking a breather. the breather was worth 9%. big move to the downside. liz: very high when you look at the three-year picture. the nasdaq, six week, biggest decline in six weeks. leading those declines, put them up on the screen. twitter, facebook, netflix and linked in. these are high flyers. >> ted wisering you see walking behind me.
