getting georgia just 12 days before election night. >> my political sources are back here and david axelrod, georgia is close. i've been talking to republicans who say they think trump will eke it out there. but, but it is remarkable just how close it is given, you know, he's got a popular republican governor there that he's been feuding with. >> their wasn't always popular with trump certainly not, but he was popular with the voters right now. >> but what do you make? i mean, when you see the final days of this race as we were getting ready to interview secretary clinton, i was looking at the final days of her race. lot of celebrities out on the road with her. obviously, it wasn't what ultimately could could pull her across the line. does it make a difference here? what's the purpose? >> well, look, i think at this point you're trying to energize people will come out and vote. and i think that's largely what the purpose of that rally was. and celebrities do hell in attracting people in attracting attention, they delivering a get out the vote message. i think it's a useful exercise because

get to work on behalf of this candidate and make sure that we win this race in three weeks and david axelrodd this week about harris that she made steady incremental progress in the ten days after the debate but now the race has plateaued. >> do you agree with that assessment? >> well, look, i think that we're in a moment where people are trying to make up their minds, both candidates have consolidated a lot of the support from within their own parties. and again, there's this small sliver of undecided voters out there who are going to tip the election one way or another. it's why the vice president is in north carolina today and tomorrow campaigning very hard to earn people's support in a state like north carolina, where we think that the vice president can win and earn the electoral college victory. and so she's there today in raleigh. she's going to be meeting with black faith leaders as well as working with low local community members to package relief supplies that are being sent to western north carolina. that's the kind of leadership that you see from her right now while donald trump,

david axelrod, the margins in these states are essentially the same as they were back in august. but now, look at this just 6% of wisconsin voters say they're movable haven't 7% of michigan voters, 8% of pennsylvania voters say they're movable how does the harris campaign expand its margins with this relatively small sliver of voters well, look, i think part of what she was trying to do last night was making an argument that might attract those voters. >> and the idea is to link some of these character issues of trump. this fixation on his enemies and on settling scores and on vengeance and assign a cost to it in terms of the ability to work with others to get things done, and to actually address the problems that are touching people's lives. that was part of what she was trying to communicate last night. what i think she'll continue to communicate, but wolf at this point, this is also a ground war. these races are very close to the margins in these polls in michigan and wisconsin are a little bit larger than some of the other polls that are out there. and some of the other polls
