insiders, members of the campaign, former campaign manager corey lewandowski and former manager david bossie, who was on fox news saying there isn't some job waiting for him right now, to be considered in a situation like this, this is more about addition than subtraction as the white house looks to sort of buffer to strengthen its ranks at this time right now. what was striking to me in speaking to a senior administration official here just a short time ago, is how all of this conversation focused on the turmoil surrounding the scandal about russia, has in effect swamped the ability for this west wing and white house and president to focus on what they want to be talking about and what is it they want to be talking about. when i asked a short time ago what would you like to be talking about besides russia right now, they said well, we would like to focus on the foreign trip, the budget, but notably, president isn't doing any of those things himself. he has only one public event today on his schedule at least, that's a meeting with his vice president. here's what he was tweeting a short time
