>> great david pilpel my only comment for today, the mta board acted on this matter yesterday i'm questioning whether they had the ability to submit it to the board of supervisors and i would consider adding a new whereas, clause on page- one moment- on page one or two somewhere in the resolution noting the mta board recommended yesterday recommended approval on resolution on page three whereas, clause should be part of board of supervisors contract approval resolutions where in requests it is fully executed agreement is in the board of supervisors and that is a very good practice and finally have no issue with the undermining agreement for the cross training methodology and appreciate the network and williams for all her work and for many years i don't think the issue is the costs of the agencies but the allocated portion of trips and we can spend a lot of money to better fine-tune it bottom line is close to 7.9 percent (bell ringing) and the methodology could- has been used for many years to allocate the cost of the um, paratransit trips to the city this evening and public comment is closed
