's live at the scene tonight with much more. david? >> reporter: diana police are still on the scene right now trying to locate the gun they've been here for several hours since this started. it all started according to police not far from where i'm standing when a 16-year-old started shooting five or six times into the air he ran into the house. we have video to show you. police one by one started bringing people outside of the house. in all they transported nine people for questioning. one person was that teenaged boy we're being told. we're told that after the boy shot the gun some undercover police officers happened to be in the area. they told him to stop, they took out their weapons then they say he rushed into the house. it wasn't even his house. he hid inside that house. police eventually zen out the swat team. the helicopters some k9s. they finally were able to get him out of the house and eight other people they took those people for questioning. but they eventually chargeed
