now, in delaware, an overturned tractor-trailer. along the northbound lanes of i-95 as you approach 295 which would then give you access to the delaware memorial bridge. there is a fuel spill. there are some injuries. two of the lanes are block at the moment. so again coming from the south, and headed north on 95, that is if you are headed up in toward wilmington, be ready for delays this morning, trying to get a handle on he can actually how long that will be out there. it is tough because it is right before you get to the 495 interchange, otherwise, that would be great alternate. then as i just showed you in the camera, construction crews out along 95, heading in toward new hope, yardley, again, until 5:00. and then watch for the 495 work in wilmington, working out there, near 12th streetment and also working on the northeast extension near lansdale. so the overnight crews, still out there, loving the cooler temperatures, but hopefully they'll wrap everybody up by 5:00 a.m. karen, thomas, back over to you. >> being up that, 4:18.

at this point as we kind of look at our looping radar here it moved toward delaware bay. we will keep an eye over the water if it loses or gains any strength, usually when we move over water we will get a change with this thunderstorm activity. we will get a influx of moisture from the delaware bay but we will see if that feed into the thunderstorm activity we are seeing right now, this is, until 6:45 from kent and sussex counties in central delaware. thinks our tornado warning that is in effect and it looks like they just cancelled that tornado warning so again this just got cancelled a little bit early, scheduled to be cancelled at 6:45. just around 6:34 currently so they cancelled it about 11 minutes early g news for everybody, in sussex as well as kent county rotation has broaden out enough and it looks like that system that is weakened. that part has weaken just enough that we are not going to be dealing with that tornado threat anymore at lee in that area of the thunderstorms. of course this is still a still strong line of thunderstorm activity even though there are

approaching the 495-295 interchange in new castle, delaware.heading north in to wilmington this morning, headed north, trying to get to the delaware memorial bridge, the driver of the truck, taken to local hospital. the truck was the only vehicle involved. and you see here, they'll try to upright it. but look, you typically have five lanes, or four lanes here, during the morning rush hour. but we are down to only one, and we have a major back up again on 95 north, as we go to the maps, coming up in toward the wilmington interchange. so, again, it is northbound 95, right before the split. plenty of extra time, this will be with us for the rest. morning, route 13 would be good alternate. not the best, a lot of traffic light there, but at least that will get you up into wilmington and avoid that parking lot on 95. the other problem this morning, amtrak has suspended service between washington, and philadelphia. a two pedestrian instruction and killed down there washington's union station, at around midnight. so right now, train service suspended,
